Companies want to use AI. Every message their people send to an AI chat can carry something it shouldn't: a client's passport number, a contract, a password. I'm building Occlum to stop that before it leaves the computer, and I'm looking for builders to do it with me.

Hey, I'm Abdulloh, founder of Occlum.

Every company wants to use AI, and right now almost nothing stops their confidential data from going with it. Occlum fixes that: it lets a company use AI safely, without losing what matters most.

We've presented Occlum to the President of Uzbekistan and we're in UzCombinator. The product is real, the company is moving fast, and now we're growing the team.

I'm looking for builders, not employees. People who work with AI every day, adapt fast, and when something needs doing, just do it, even if it's design and nobody asked.

We'll work fast and hard. We brainstorm in the morning and ship the same day. There will be good days and hard ones, and I want people who stay for both.

Your first month

Week 1 → Day 30

  1. Week 1

    Plug in.

    Learn the product, take it apart, meet the people we're building for. By Friday, something you built is in it.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Build at the speed of conversation.

    On Monday we hear what a company is struggling with. By Friday, something exists that didn't on Monday. Talk, build, ship, repeat, with AI doing the boring parts and you doing the hard ones.

  3. Day 30

    Show it.

    You demo what you built. Then we sit down together and decide who keeps building.

It's fast on purpose. A month is long enough to build something real, and long enough for both of us to know.

The deal, plainly.

Read this before you apply. I'd rather you didn't apply than join and feel misled.

  1. 1I don't have salaries to offer yet. The first month is unpaid.
  2. 2It's a one-month sprint with the team: building together, with a clear end.
  3. 3I ask for at least 30 hours a week, and 2–3 days a week together in Tashkent. The rest is remote.
  4. 4At the end of the month we look at what you built, and decide together who continues.
  5. 5When funding arrives, the people who continue are first in line for paid roles.
